BUILDING A CYCLEKART
BUILDING A CYCLEKART
BUILD SERIES no. 10: Yellow Peril
The Miller 91 is done! At least as done as a cyclekart is ever likely to be done. The car we saw racing with a duct tape hood at Targa Maria last summer now has a complete body and it is a beauty. This little monster weighs just 210lbs and goes like a rocket. The first big step was to finish the nose. The radiator cap was found in crumbling asphalt - true story. Then the tail went together (sheet aluminum), followed by paint and trim. The engine turned dash has instrumentation by “Lucky Star”. Inaugural test drive with the complete body was taken today. The #6 Miller represents the future. It is smart. It is simple, rugged and light. Great proportions. Cheap to build and light as a feather. See more about the #6 Miller in The Cars section.
